Critical Violations: There are four buckets with baked beans / frijoles baked yesterday, they have no date. Several other foods have no date (custard, rice, salsas).

Non-critical offenses: chili pepper stored in a cardboard box. The ice scoop is stored on the ice maker with the handle facing down. The women’s toilets do not have a waste bin with a lid. Food manager certification through an accredited program has not been obtained.

Critical Infractions: Food employee touched ready-to-eat food with one hand without a glove (he has a glove on one hand). Another food worker touches tortillas when he puts them on the plancha with his bare hands. The cold room contains raw eggs stored above a container covered with salsa. Cooler chicken tempered at 50 degrees with the date of 09/13.

Non-critical infractions: the sticky paper is located on top of the equipment used to heat the tortillas, another is located above the container used to put the chips. The spoon is stored in a container with the handle facing down. Using chemical disinfectant, chlorine no test strips available.
