Just getting started. After adjusting to her new home on Wednesday, July 7, the episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Erika Jayne is forced to face the fraud trial against her and Tom girardi in the next episodes of the hit Bravo.
“What’s said is right, I mean, it’s crazy,” Erika, 49, told Lisa Rinna in a promo for the July 14 episode.

Erika later bursts into tears during a conversation with Kyle richards. “I mean, I could never have predicted this fucking king,” she said. “It is the end.”

Us weekly confirmed in November 2020 that Erika had filed for divorce from Tom, 82, after more than two decades of marriage. A month later, the couple were accused of faking their separation to protect their property. The class action lawsuit filed by Edelson PC also includes allegations the couple embezzled settlement money intended for victims of families killed in a plane crash in 2018.
Lawyer Jay edelson alleged last month that Erika had received “tens of millions of dollars” from Tom’s company to fund his businesses.
“We believe the money comes from customer funds. And we’re going to look at it all. And this is all going to be, you know, part of the evidence that we showed a jury – that she was up to her knees in this fraud, and she can say, “Oh, she didn’t know. “And I think it will be difficult to convince a jury of,” he alleged on the “Reality Life with Kate Casey” podcast on June 16. “She basically took clients’ funds and used them to finance her lifestyle. And if we succeed [in our case], this means that we will be able to recover all the goods she has in order to pay any sort of judgment.
Tom, for his part, told the judge in testimony in September 2020 that he was out of money. The former lawyer was placed under guardianship after being diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease earlier this year. Tom, who was stripped of his law degree, told the court last month that he did not approve of the guardianship.
