Halloween may be over, but that doesn’t mean Disney’s Dreamlight Valley players need to stop partying. In fact, there’s still plenty of time to complete some of the limited-time events, such as the The Way of the Villain Stars and Dreamlight Halloween Special Duties. While most in-game tasks tell players exactly what to do, the Halloween Dreamlight tasks proved to be a little trickier. For gamers trying to figure it out how to complete the “Sugar Rush” assignmentthe answer is simpler than you might think.

GAMER VIDEO OF THE DAY

Normally, Dreamlight Duties lists the task players must complete and how many times they must complete it. “Feed a Creature”, “Mine 4 Rock Points”, and “Sell 3 Fish” are all pretty straightforward. “Sugar Rush 0/15” may need a bit of explanation though. Disney’s Dreamlight Valley players can take comfort knowing that this task is both easy to complete and comes with great rewards.

Dreamlight Valley – How to complete “Sugar Rush”

Simply put, the only thing players need to do to complete Dreamlight Duty “Sugar Rush” is to eat foods made from sugar cane. Since there are three levels to this assignment, players must eat a total of 45 candy cane meals.

Greedy Valley dwellers could bake and eat 45 Aurora Cakes, but it’s much faster and cheaper to stick to the basic candies. Candies are made by cooking sugar cane by itselfand players can easily get candy cane by buying it at Goofy’s stand on Dazzle Beach Where plant seeds bought at the same place. The seeds grow very quickly, so it’s best to buy 45 seeds and plant them all at once. With a farmer buddy, it’s also possible to get away with less than 45 seeds. Players will also need 45 coals to cook all of these candies since Scar’s eco stove has been fixed.

Dreamlight Valley – “Sugar Rush” Rewards

Another thing that separates Halloween Dreamlight Duty from others is their rewards. Rather than giving players Dreamlight to open new areas or realms, players earn special Halloween-themed furniture for completing these tasks. Eat 15 sweet meals to win the Happy Jack-O’-Lantern, 30 to win the Mischievous Jack-O’-Lantern, and 45 to win the Friendly Jack-O’-Lantern.

That’s all there is to completing the “Sugar Rush” Halloween Dreamlight Duty. Players who find themselves wanting more than one of these spooky Jack-O’-Lanterns can use Scrooge’s catalog by talking to him in the store to purchase more. They aren’t too expensive, but if players need more cash, there are plenty of ways to to win Disney’s Dreamlight Valley fast star coins.

Disney’s Dreamlight Valley is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One and Xbox Series X.
