Krsnaa Diagnostic Limited: Krsnaa Diagnostics Ltd’s Initial Public Offering (IPO), one of India’s fastest growing diagnostics chains, was subscribed 2.88 times at 12:25 p.m. on the second day of subscription. The issue price range has been set at Rs 933-954 per share. The offer will be available until Friday August 6, 2021. The company plans to raise Rs 1,213 crore from the IPO, which includes a new issue of Rs 400 crore and a sell offer of Rs 85, 25 lakh shares totaling up to Rs 813 crore.

Windlas Biotech: The initial public offering (IPO) of Windlas Biotech, maker of pharmaceutical formulations, was subscribed 4.52 times at 12:25 p.m. on the second day of subscription. The offer will be available until Friday August 6, 2021. The issue price range has been set at Rs 448-460 per share. The company plans to raise Rs 401.53 crore to the upper price bracket of the IPO which includes a new issue of Rs 165 crore and a sell offer of 51,427,067 shares per sell offer. The offer to sell includes the sale of 11,36,000 shares by Vimla Windlass and 40,067,67 shares by Tano India Private Equity Fund II.

Exxaro tiles: The initial public offering (IPO) of Exxaro Tiles, a leading manufacturer of vitrified tile, was subscribed 6.74 times at 12:25 p.m. on the second day of subscription. The price range for the issue was set at Rs 118-120 per share. The offer will be available for subscription until Friday August 6, 2021. The initial public offering of Rs 161 crore has an issue size of 13.4 million shares comprising 11.18 million new shares and a sale offer of up to 2.23 million.

Titan: Down 0.32%. Gurugram-based tire manufacturing company Apollo Tires posted a consolidated profit of Rs 127.8 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2021, compared to a consolidated loss of Rs 134.6 crore recorded in the quarter last year. Adani Total Gaz Ltd. : Down 1.76%. The natural gas distribution company reported a 266.4% jump in consolidated profit to Rs 142.6 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2021. It posted a profit of Rs 38.9 crore at the same. quarter of last year.
